Controversies regarding to publicly funded art?
I was wondering if there have been any controveries regarding publicly funded art in Orange County, California? Or if someone can give me some examples of what controveries have occured. Thanks in advanced!
If you’re interested in controversies surrounding publicly funded art look up the Tilted Arc by Richard Serra. There is even a book with published transcripts of the court proceedings which is very interesting.
